Is my orchid dying?

All the 5 other leaves are green and hard like they are supposed to be. The blooms look perfect, all except there was a cut on the leaf, in pic two, then the area around it turned yellow and it was like that for a day then everyday it go yellow till now the whole leaf is yellow and flimsy. I don't want it to die.

Is my orchid dying?
No worries. It's just shedding a leaf. As long as the new growth coming in is nice and green, you have nothing to worry about.





Do caution against overwatering, though. You should only water an orchid once a week at most. And, it should be allowed to drain completely before being placed in an enclosed pot or saucer.
