I see some banknotes of old 1000 orchid series Mr Goh Keng Swee got signature and seal, some don't have seal. Which one more valuable? Don't consider other factors. Assume all notes of uncirculated conditions.

If in Prime condition, it is without doubt that the notes with signature and seal, are the most expensive.
If you have them...keep them well...
